Job summary

Quadax, Inc. in Middleburg Heights, OH is seeking a Client Support Call Center Representative to provide Help Desk and phone support for EDI revenue cycle management applications. This hybrid role requires three days onsite per week after a training period.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide Help Desk and phone support for EDI revenue cycle management applications.
• Log, track, and escalate client EDI issues using the ticketing system.
• Translate, troubleshoot, and triage EDI client issues.
• Research and document technical concerns and required changes.
• Other tasks as assigned.
