The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three days in the office, and involves mentoring staff, reviewing invoices and forecasting, and collaborating with product and operations teams to optimize reimbursements and client satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, health admin, or related field; five+ years in a related role may be considered.
• Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships / customer service.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio; healthcare billing knowledge is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to the client engagement team managing client relationships and revenue cycles.
• Oversee client revenue cycles/accounts receivable to maximize reimbursement.
• Review issue-risk analyses to determine root causes and solutions.
• Collaborate with product management and operations on enhancements and fixes.
• Support and guide managers to ensure billing outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Conduct performance reviews and coach team members.
