Job summary

Quadax in Middleburg Heights, OH is seeking a Client Support Call Center Representative to provide Help Desk and phone support for EDI revenue cycle management applications. This is a full-time hybrid role with 3 days on site after a training period.

You will log, track, and triage issues using our proprietary ticketing system, troubleshoot, document concerns, and collaborate with teammates to resolve incidents quickly while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• General computer knowledge.
• Demonstrated successful customer support experience.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively, while remaining calm under pressure.
• Medical billing knowledge and experience preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities
