Job summary

Assist World is seeking an experienced EDI & Reporting Coordinator to own EDI processes, POs, and customer reporting. You will troubleshoot EDI issues, work with SPS Commerce, and ensure smooth data flow across systems.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent English communication, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams and external providers. Proficiency with Excel and data reporting is important for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience with EDI systems and troubleshooting purchase orders.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with large datasets and detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor purchase orders via EDI.
• Troubleshoot EDI and PO issues with internal teams and SPS Commerce.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies and processing failures.
• Set up EDI connections for new retail customers.
• Ensure orders flow correctly between customers and internal systems.
• Maintain accurate records of EDI activity and POs.
• Prepare and update customer coffee reports using Excel.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes.
