Job summary

PAM Transport Inc. is seeking an EDI Coordinator to act as the primary liaison for trading partners and internal teams. You will coordinate EDI setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting with IT, ensuring accurate data flow across systems and minimal errors.

You will monitor transactions, assist customer service with EDI AS400 training, and perform various clerical tasks to support a smooth EDI operation in a dynamic logistics environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for trading partners and internal personnel on EDI inquiries.
• Coordinate with IT to set up and maintain EDI trading partners and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain EDI data flow and monitor transactions for errors or data issues.
• Monitor cross-reference files and propose IT corrections or updates as needed.
• Assist CSR's with training on EDI AS400 systems and terminology.
• Perform data entry, data research, and routine monitoring of customer error reports.
