Job summary

OpenKrill, a growing coffee roasting and manufacturing company in the United States, seeks an experienced EDI & Reporting Coordinator to own EDI processes, POs and customer reporting. You will troubleshoot issues, collaborate with an EDI provider, and support data-driven reporting using Excel and AI tools to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Experience with EDI systems and troubleshooting purchase orders.
• Familiarity with SPS Commerce or similar EDI provider.
• Strong Excel and reporting skills, able to handle large datasets.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor purchase orders received through EDI.
• Troubleshoot EDI and purchase order issues.
• Investigate pricing discrepancies and processing issues.
• Collaborate with SPS Commerce to resolve EDI problems.
• Assist with setting up EDI connections for new retail customers.
• Ensure orders flow between customer and internal systems.
