Job summary

Reese Consumer Health is seeking an experienced EDI Operations Specialist to oversee daily EDI transactions between customers, third parties, and Syspro. The role collaborates across sales, customer service, warehouse, and finance to ensure accurate processing, timely resolutions, and compliance, reducing delays and manual intervention.

Located in Cleveland, OH, this position emphasizes ownership of EDI workflows, partner onboarding, and issue resolution while maintaining inventory and invoicing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in EDI operations, ERP support, or order management.
• Experience monitoring processing, errors, and coordinating corrections.
• Understanding of sales orders, shipping, inventory movements, invoicing.
• Syspro experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Degree in business, information systems, or supply chain preferred; equivalent practical experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Own daily EDI operations across customers, 3rd parties, and Syspro.
• Monitor transactions, acknowledgments, errors, and warnings to ensure successful processing.
• Oversee 850 purchase order imports and 945 warehouse confirmations.
• Monitor 997 functional acknowledgments and coordinate follow-ups.
• Assign issues to internal teams or external partners and track resolutions.
• Verify corrections and coordinate reprocessing without duplicates.
• Identify discrepancies in pricing, quantities, units of measure, mappings.
• Coordinate onboarding, mapping changes, testing, and system updates.
• Report unresolved issues and drive process improvements.
