Job summary

Lifetime Benefit Solutions, Inc. is seeking an EDI Administrator to oversee onboarding, testing, and production support for electronic submissions.

Responsibilities include SFTP file loads, issue resolution, and ongoing process improvement to ensure smooth electronic transactions. As you progress, you will engage in more complex interfaces, including testing ANSI X12 formats (e.g., 820, 821, 834, 835) and collaborating with vendors.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in customer service, electronic transaction support, or IT help desk roles.
• Familiar with GUIs and electronic connectivity systems/applications.
• Understanding of claims routing and file specifications for inbound/outbound transactions.
• Associate degree in business, information systems, or computer science preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support IT and business teams with file movement and automation.
• Load files via SFTP when automation is unavailable.
• Test electronic submissions and monitor daily processing to resolve issues.
• Research production problems and communicate with management on potential impacts.
• Document issues using tracking software and create training materials.
• Coordinate with vendors and teams on onboarding and testing activities.
