TEKsystems is seeking an EDI Operations Specialist to support electronic data interchange activities for enrollment, claims, financial and eligibility transactions. You will interface with business analysts, developers, project managers and trading partners to manage EDI connections and resolve issues.

Responsibilities include post‑production support, error resolution, documentation, and user acceptance testing.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.
• 2 years of experience analyzing EDI data to identify content/formatting issues.
• 2 years of experience using SQL queries to retrieve/display data.
• 2 years of experience reading/analyzing/formatting/translating EDI data.
• 2 years of experience implementing EDI setup and mapping.
• Experience in healthcare industry preferred.
• Experience with Facets or similar healthcare enrollment/claims software preferred.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate knowledge of EDI formats and communicate data exchange concepts to internal/external parties.
• Interface with Operations, Sales, Marketing, IS, and Trading Partners to process work requests.
• Implement EDI connections between Priority Health and external parties and support post-production.
• Verify and monitor EDI processes; troubleshoot issues and maintain documentation.
• Assist in defining application enhancements and upgrades.
• Configure, map, and monitor EDI transactions and processes.
• Support UAT and defect resolution; provide on-call support as needed.
