Allied Benefit Systems, LLC is seeking an EDI Specialist to manage inbound and outbound data, audit daily activities, and coordinate with internal staff and external vendors.

The role involves processing 837 files, transferring data for internal processing, and training EDI Coordinators on updates and procedures. A remote-friendly environment supports work from home with reliable internet requirements.

Qualifications

• Data entry at 6,000 keystrokes per hour with accuracy.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Access.

Responsibilities

• Receive and submit files to and from various vendors daily.
• Process 837 files resulting in conversions of .txt files.
• Encrypt and decrypt files.
• Run queries in Access.
• Run and review reporting in Excel.
• Provide EDI support for outside trading partners and internal staff.
• Train EDI Coordinators on new procedures.
• Handle internal audits for the department.
• Processing of failed transactions and resolve missing acknowledgments.
