Univera HealthCare is seeking an EDI Administrator to oversee quality assurance for onboarding, testing, and production support of electronic submissions. The role covers complex interfaces, including SFTP, and involves improving processes to maximize transaction submissions.

At Level II/III, responsibilities include testing, mapping of ANSI X12 transactions, and coordinating with vendors. Remote work may be possible on a case-by-case basis and the role emphasizes data privacy and strong

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service or IT help desk related experience.
• Familiarity with GUIs and electronic connectivity systems/applications.
• Understanding of claims routing and file specifications for inbound & outbound transactions.
• Strong communication skills and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Windows and standard office software.

Responsabilités

• Support Business and IT teams with file movement and automation.
• Load files via SFTP when automation is unavailable.
• Test electronic submissions and monitor daily processing; resolve issues.
• Document issues and coordinate with management and vendors.
• Mentor lower level Administrators and assist with complex onboarding tasks.
