Excellus Health Plan Inc. seeks an EDI Administrator to ensure QA during onboarding of electronic submissions and provide ongoing production support. The role includes testing, SFTP handling, and collaboration with Business and IT teams to improve processes.

Level I–III responsibilities cover learning, testing, mapping ANSI X12 transactions, and mentoring junior staff. Strong problem solving, communication, and familiarity with EDI tools are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of customer service, electronic transaction support, or IT help desk-related experience.
• Associates degree in business, information systems or computer science preferred.
• Familiar with GUIs and electronic connectivity systems/applications.

Responsabilités

• Supports business and IT teams with file movement and automation.
• Loads files manually via SFTP when automation is unavailable.
• Tests electronic submissions and monitors daily processing to reduce issues.
• Documents issues and informs management of problems and potential impacts.
• Creates flow charts and training docs related to problem solving and projects.
• Assists with service requests and project implementation activities.
