Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Level I supports file movement and basic testing; loads files via SFTP when automation is unavailable.
• Monitors daily EDI processing and researches production issues within SLAs.
• Level II participates in testing for onboarding and corporate X12 projects; documents procedures.
• Level III conducts certification testing and mentors junior administrators.
