Job summary

BD is seeking an EDI Operations Specialist to review electronic orders and make corrections to enable smooth flow through order management. You will meet customer expectations through effective order management and professional engagement.

Candidates should have 1+ year of customer service experience and be proficient in SAP ECC/S4HANA and Microsoft Office. The role requires on-site collaboration four days a week in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
• 1+ years of SAP ECC, S/4HANA experience required
• Microsoft Office experience required

Responsibilities

• Create requests in databases to support customer orders (new accounts, pricing)
• Identify and coordinate resolution of issues affecting customer satisfaction
• Review orders for accuracy and completeness; confirm and/or correct orders
• Meet or exceed order accuracy and turnaround time standards
• Handle customer contacts professionally and courteously
• Compose accurate, prompt replies to customer contacts
• Handle complaints according to FDA regulations governing medical devices
• Participate in projects and team meetings; provide support to team members
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and provide feedback for process improvement
