Qualifications

• Experience with EDI and electronic invoicing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of AR processes and invoicing.
• Proficient in Excel and Office applications.
• Ability to learn multiple customer billing portals.
• Experience in high-volume billing environments is preferred.
• Experience researching rejected invoices or submission issues is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor electronic billing transactions through EDI platforms.
• Generate, validate, and transmit invoices per customer requirements.
• Monitor and investigate EDI submissions for status, resolve issues.
• Maintain customer billing profiles, EDI setups, and partner configurations.
• Review billing information for accuracy before submission.
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain missing information.
• Reconcile invoicing discrepancies and research inquiries.
• Monitor AR aging and assist with collections when needed.
• Test and implement new EDI connections and billing formats.
• Prepare reports and provide analysis related to billing performance.
