Job summary

RXO is a leading provider of transportation solutions across North America. The EDI Analyst role focuses on leading EDI customer integrations, troubleshooting, and collaborating with business, technology, and partners.

The candidate will map and implement EDI solutions, coordinate with carriers and trading partners, and contribute to architecture discussions while training colleagues on EDI systems. A BS degree and customer-facing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 1 year of technical experience in applications support or program/project management.
• Client-facing customer service experience.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Answer EDI inquiries from internal and external parties using the EDI support team’s ticketing system.
• Research root cause and create resolutions for EDI errors, reducing errors over time.
• Design, write requirements, help offshore developers implement EDI solutions.
• Participate in weekly architecture and train internal colleagues on EDI systems.
• Foster teamwork and complete small projects as required.

We create more efficient ways for shippers and carriers to transport goods across North America.As an Analyst, EDI at RXO, you’ll be responsible for working closely with our customers, as well as the business and technology teams, to lead, facilitate and implement EDI customer integrations as well as participating in designWhat your day-to-day will look like:Answer EDI inquiries from internal and external parties utilizing the EDI support team’s ticketing systemResearch root cause and create resolutions for EDI errors, ultimately resulting in reduction of EDI errors over timeWork with business, customers, carriers and third parties to intake and prioritize EDI fixes and enhancementsDesign, write requirements, help the offshore developer to develop, test and implement EDI solutions to meet complex enhancement requests from trading partners and RXO business teamsParticipate in weekly architectureTrain internal business colleagues on EDI and EDI systems when requiredFoster teamwork and motivate others for successComplete additional small projects and assignments as requiredAt a minimum, you’ll need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience1 year of technical experience in applications support or program/project managementClient-facing customer service experienceEffective communication skills, both verbal and writtenIt’d be great if you also have:Experience mapping in IBM Sterling B2Bi and IBM Sterling File GatewayExperience in setting up AS2, SFTP in IBM Sterling B2Bi and IBM Sterling File GatewayExperience in the logistics or supply chain industry2 or more years EDI and/or TMS application support experience3 or more years of business analysis experience in API web service integration, development and strategy with SOAP and REST APIsAbility to analyze and interpret various integration formats and documents including, but not limited to: Swagger, CSV, JSON, XML, Plain Text, X12 and WSDLExperience working on cross-functional teamsKnowledge of Scrum/Agile or Kanban methodologiesHigh level experience and familiarity with Dell BoomiDoes this sound like you?
