Job summary

RXO is a leading provider of transportation solutions, delivering exceptional service to customers and drivers in North America. The Associate Specialist, Logistics, supports pickups, deliveries, and dispatch updates while maintaining high-quality communication with both drivers and customers.

The role emphasizes accuracy in data entry, problem resolution, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment. Afternoon/evening shifts and weekend coverage may be required as part of a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time management skills, multitasking and managing customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills such as navigating software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track pickups and deliveries, and notify customers of any deviation from the run schedule.
• Answer incoming driver and customer calls/emails, and take care of their needs.
• Call and get updates from drivers/carriers and input accurate information into the dispatch system.
• Communicate any issues with customers/drivers.
• Monitor and update all Active Run problems.
