HP is seeking a Principal Product Operations & Strategy Manager for its Edge & AI Solutions portfolio in the United States. You will drive portfolio coherence, establish operating cadences, and translate customer and deployment evidence into strategic recommendations.

With 8+ years in product management/operations, you will partner with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure aligned roadmaps and measurable outcomes that advance HP’s Edge & AI initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Operations, or portfolio management.
• Experience operating at the portfolio level and coordinating across teams without direct authority.
• Strong qualitative synthesis skills—connecting customer insights, deployment experiences, and product signals into clear narratives.
• Excellent communication skills with senior product leaders.
• MBA is a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Facilitate portfolio planning and alignment discussions that connect Edge & AI strategy to shared priorities, sequencing, and success criteria.
• Lead quarterly planning, portfolio reviews, and cross-team prioritization discussions, including preparation of inputs and documentation of decisions and follow-up actions.
• Identify relevant product, customer, business, and deployment measures and bring them into portfolio reviews and planning.
• Consolidate findings from customer interviews, field deployments, usage data and partner feedback into insights and recommendations.
