Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking an ED Tech to provide direct patient care under an RN in a hospital setting. You will assist with vital signs, lab draws, ECGs, wound care, mobility, and patient comfort, while ensuring accurate documentation and communication with the care team.

This role requires a High School Diploma or GED, and preferred certifications such as BLS and EMR/EMT/Medical Assisting. Prior healthcare experience is valued; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and data/documentation skills.
• Strong communication and patient-care abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care under RN guidance and hospital policies.
• Perform patient rounds, monitor conditions, and assist with mobility.
