Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• BLS Basic Life Support preferred at hire.
• Emergency Medical Responder/EMT/Medical Assisting certification preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience recommended.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care including comfort, vital signs and hygiene.
• Assist with mobility, lab draws, ECGs and wound care under RN guidance.
• Complete rounding and 1:1 safety companion duties as needed.
• Report changes to nurses and document patient information accurately.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to patients and families.
• Support handoffs and maintain policy-driven care delivery.
