Ladders is seeking a high-impact ED, Targeting & Field Intelligence to shape analytics-driven commercial decisions for a global organization. The role will turn data into practical decision-support tools and action plans for field teams, partnering with senior stakeholders across functions.

The position emphasizes strategy translation into analytical models, governance of targeting products, and leadership of a cross-functional team in a regulated healthcare environment. Remote work is offered.

Formación

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in biotechnology, healthcare, or regulated industries.
• Expertise in targeting, field intelligence, commercial analytics, and decision intelligence.

For our client, we are seeking a ED, Targeting & Field Intelligence to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This leader will shape the targeting and field intelligence strategy that informs commercial decisions across the organization. The role will turn analytics into practical decision-support tools and action plans that help field teams prioritize opportunities more effectively. It will also partner with senior stakeholders and global cross-functional teams to improve commercial effectiveness in a highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $225,400 – $418,600 annually

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise capability for customer and account targeting methodologies
• Define and govern field decision intelligence and action-planning frameworks
• Develop Next Best Action strategies and analytical enablement
• Identify opportunities and create intelligence-to-action models
• Establish governance for targeting and field intelligence products and standards
• Drive integration of analytics into actionable recommendations for field effectiveness
• Inspire and develop a high-performing team in Targeting & Field Intelligence

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Analytics, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in biotechnology, healthcare, or complex regulated industries
• Expertise in targeting, field intelligence, commercial analytics, and decision intelligence
• Experience leading Directors and Associate Directors
• Ability to translate commercial strategy into analytical models and decision-support capabilities
• Experience in cross-functional, global organizations and influencing senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of AI-enabled analytics, automation, and compliance practices
