Ladders is seeking an Associate Director, Analytics Governance & Operations to lead governance and the operational cadence for a global analytics organization in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role partners with strategy, technology, and functional leaders to streamline workflows, improve visibility, and strengthen decision-making in a regulated environment.

Location: Remote. Compensation: $152,600 – $283,400 annually.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in analytics operations, business operations, PMO, governance, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in governance, stewardship, reporting, and performance management processes.

Responsibilities

• Own governance and stewardship operations for the analytics organization.
• Operationalize governance and performance management processes for capability leaders.
• Partner with Strategy and Technology to implement automation and workflows.
• Administer governance forums and manage issue intake and resolution.

For our client, we are seeking a Associate Director, Analytics Governance & Operations to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will own the governance and operational cadence for a global analytics organization, ensuring consistent stewardship, reporting, and performance management practices. The position partners closely with strategy, technology, and functional leaders to streamline workflows, improve visibility, and strengthen decision-making across a matrixed environment. It is well suited for someone who can bring structure to cross-functional initiatives and translate governance processes into scalable operational support within a regulated industry.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $152,600 – $283,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Own governance and stewardship operations for the analytics organization


• Support capability leaders by operationalizing governance and performance management processes


• Partner with Strategy and Technology teams to implement automation and operational workflows


• Administer governance forums and manage issue intake and resolution processes


• Maintain portfolio reporting and organizational scorecards for leadership


• Develop reusable operational tools and knowledge repositories


• Coordinate governance operations and reporting processes across teams
