This remote role offers $185,500–$344,500 annually.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Field Intelligence Strategy & Governance to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will lead the strategy, governance, and measurement framework for field intelligence capabilities that support commercial effectiveness. You will serve as a key coordinator across business, analytics, and technology partners to turn field-related needs into an integrated roadmap. The position is focused on strengthening field operations through scalable insights, clear prioritization, and globally aligned standards. Location: Remote. Compensation: $185,500 – $344,500 annually.
