Banner Health is seeking a new graduate Registered Nurse for the New Nurse Experience Program in Sun City, AZ. The role is full-time, night shift, within the Emergency Center.

You will be mentored by unit staff and educators, with a structured pathway across clinical experiences and e-learning to prepare you for independent practice. The program emphasizes hands-on clinical experiences, a state-of-the-art simulation center, competency validation, and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS card (through AHA, Red Cross, or ASHI) or ability to obtain before start date.
• No more than 12 months of RN experience.
• Active RN license preferred.
• Previous clinical healthcare experience preferred.
• BSN & MSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care using nursing standards.
• Implement and coordinate care with the health care team.
• Document patient data and outcomes in the medical record.
• Provide education to patients and families.
