Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED typically required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer-facing experience and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs Quick Registration for Emergency Department encounters in a timely manner.
• Coordinates front desk patient flow and notifies triage/charge nurse of urgent situations.
• Completes full registration gathering demographic and financial information per EMTALA guidelines.
• Collects co-payments/deposits and processes receipts for posting.
