• Performs Quick Registration for Emergency Department encounters promptly.
• Coordinates front desk patient flow and notifies triage/charge nurse of urgent situations.
• Accurately completes full registration with demographic and financial information per EMTALA guidelines.
• Collects co-payments/deposits; posts cash transactions to cashier system.
