Qualifications

• Registration of ED patients including quick and full registrations.
• Accurate collection of patient demographics and insurance data.
• Adherence to HIPAA regulations and hospital policies.

Responsabilités

• Conduct quick and full registrations for ED patients and ambulatory services.
• Search and link patient records to prevent duplicates.
• Explain and obtain signatures on hospital forms and notices.
• Verify insurance coverage and determine eligibility (Medicare, Medicaid, etc.).
• Schedule follow-up outpatient appointments in Acuity or Altera Healthbridge.
• Prepare patient charts with documentation and maintain records.
