Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interview and verify patient demographics and financial information.
• Verify insurance coverage using EMEVs and Relay system.
• Collect copayments and obtain necessary consents and signatures.
• Scan and organize patient documents into OnBase; post charges in TAO/Cerner.
• Coordinate appointments and triage urgent patient needs.
• Interface with Medical Director and clinic staff to ensure coordinated services.
