You will use EPIC and other systems to ensure smooth patient flow and accurate record keeping. The position requires strong communication, excellent computer skills, and a patient‑centered approach.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills required.
• Strong computer skills and ability to use multiple software applications simultaneously.
• Experience with hospital registration or patient intake preferred.

Responsabilités

• Interview patients to collect demographic and insurance information for admissions/registrations.
• Register ED patients and handle co-pays and authorization documentation.
• Greet and assist patients, visitors, and clinical staff; maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
• Enter and retrieve data in patient management systems (EPIC, Promise); support registration workflow.
• Maintain patient records and support billing processes with efficient data entry.
