WellSpan Health is seeking an ED Registration Clerk to support the emergency department by coordinating patient flow, greeting patients, and registering all ED arrivals. You will serve as a central contact for calls and communications, ensuring accurate data entry to assist coding and billing processes.

The role requires strong communication and computer skills, plus completion of EPIC registration classes after hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient computer skills with ability to use multiple software applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care for emergency department patients and act as receptionist for patients and visitors.
• Register all Emergency Department patients and serve as central contact for phone calls.
• Support coding and billing processes through accurate data entry and communications.
