Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED General or Associates (preferred).
• 1 year of healthcare or institutional (corporate) work experience.
• Epic experience and data-entry proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interviews each patient or representative to obtain complete demographic, financial and insurance information.
• Enters all patient information into the registration system.
• Obtains signatures and handles forms required by third-party payers.
• Explains billing processes and helps with financial arrangements when needed.
• Maintains confidentiality and follows HIPAA and WHS policies.
