Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Less than 1 year 3-6 months. Required

Responsibilities

• Registers ED patients and greets patients and visitors.
• Collects patient insurance information and scans ID and insurance cards.
• Answers phones and directs inquiries to appropriate resources.
• Uses EPIC, Promise and other systems for registration and billing tasks.
• Maintains patient records and supports registration workflows.
