Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify patient and select patient’s medical record.
• Complete accurate registration at service time, verifying all data fields.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits at service time using automated resources and document accurately.
• Identify and collect patient copay for Emergency services as applicable.
• Complete all required forms and documentation to ensure regulatory compliance; complete outpatient registration during off hours.
