You will collect patient financial liability and ensure payer requirements are met, providing general information to hospital users, patients, families, and physician offices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• HFMA CRCR or NAHAM CHAA within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Research, collect, and analyze information.
• Identify opportunities, develop solutions, and lead through resolution.
• Collaborates on performance improvement activities based on outcomes.
• Responsible for distribution of analytical reports.
• Utilizes multiple system applications to perform analysis and create reports.
• Synthesizes and analyzes data, presents trends, and advises leadership.
• Maintains knowledge of applicable laws, Trinity Health Integrity & Compliance program.
