Job summary

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice (compact license transfer within 60 days).
• Minimum one year RN experience.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• BSN is required and will be verified.
• RNs with <12 months experience must obtain BSN within 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in emergency settings.
• Perform rapid patient assessments and initiate interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and care teams to coordinate care.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
