Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care and tasks including vitals, comfort, and hygiene under an RN.
• Completes patient rounds and participates in handoffs.
• Provides 1:1 patient safety when needed and reports changes to the nurse.
• Delivers accurate documentation and maintains patient records.
• Supports quality and safety initiatives to improve patient care.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently and under pressure.
