Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years minimum of customer service skills required.
• Must be BLS certified or provide BLS certificate within 30 days of hire.
• M.A.B. certification required; new hires must obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Interview incoming patients (inpatient, outpatient, and ED) to obtain data for admission.
• Produce a complete and accurate admission record.
• Collect deposits or payments and answer inquiries related to admissions.
• Provide directions and assistance to patients; direct to proper destinations.
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of all patient information.
