eClinicalWorks (eCW) Trainer role in Scottsdale, AZ offers a hybrid schedule with in-office training and hands-on clinic support across Arizona. You will lead new-hire EMR education, provider go-live support, and workflow coaching within a multi-site outpatient setting.

The position requires strong eCW expertise, classroom and field training skills, and willingness to travel statewide. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous professional experience as an eClinicalWorks (eCW) Trainer is required.
• Strong hands-on experience using eClinicalWorks in a clinic or outpatient setting.
• Solid understanding of EMR workflows across front office, back office, clinical, billing, and provider functions.

Responsabilités

• Deliver best-practice eClinicalWorks training to new hires, existing employees, and providers.
• Travel to clinic locations across Arizona to provide go-live and on-site support.
• Train users on eCW workflows applying to their roles and manage training checklists and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot EMR issues and support ticket workflows.
