Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an eCW Analyst in Tampa, FL to optimize the eClinicalWorks environment, configure workflows, troubleshoot issues, and enhance reporting for accurate data capture across clinical operations.

You will collaborate with providers, IT, and clinical staff to improve efficiency, support end users, and maintain a compliant EHR environment while delivering training and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on eClinicalWorks (eCW) experience.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory clinical workflows.
• Experience supporting workflow configuration, templates, and structured data management.
• Experience with eBO reporting and registries.
• Strong troubleshooting and end-user support skills.
• Excellent communication and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize eClinicalWorks workflows and configurations.
• Resolve escalated documentation, scheduling, billing, and workflow issues.
• Build reports and validate data quality across clinical systems.
• Train providers and staff on system functionality and best practices.
• Support integrations and interface troubleshooting efforts.
• Maintain compliance documentation and assist with audits.
