The role requires deep eCW expertise, experience with Medicare Advantage and HEDIS, and strong data reporting capabilities in a multi-clinic environment.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years hands-on eClinicalWorks experience.
  • Strong Medicare Advantage, HCC/RAF, Stars, and HEDIS knowledge.
  • Experience with HL7, FHIR, CCD and payer integration.
  • Experience supporting clinical workflows in multi-clinic environments.

Responsibilities

  • Optimize eCW workflows, templates, order sets, and structured data fields.
  • Configure HCC and risk adjustment workflows and provider prompts.
  • Support Medicare Advantage, quality, and care gap initiatives.
  • Develop advanced reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Manage interfaces and interoperability efforts across multiple systems.
  • Provide advanced provider support and workflow optimization guidance.
  • Ensure CMS, HEDIS, HIPAA, and Medicare Advantage requirements compliance.

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior eCW Analyst for a leading healthcare client focused on Medicare Advantage and Value-Based Care initiatives. This candidate will serve as a strategic subject matter expert, optimizing eClinicalWorks workflows, supporting risk adjustment and quality programs, enhancing reporting capabilities, and ensuring clean, accurate data flows across enterprise systems. This highly visible role partners with clinical, operational, quality, analytics, and IT teams to drive meaningful improvements in provider experience and patient outcomes.

Day-to-Day:
  • Optimize eCW workflows, templates, order sets, and structured data fields
  • Configure HCC and risk adjustment workflows and provider prompts
  • Support Medicare Advantage, quality, and care gap initiatives
  • Develop advanced reporting and analytics solutions
  • Manage interfaces and interoperability efforts across multiple systems
  • Provide advanced provider support and workflow optimization guidance
  • Ensure compliance with CMS, HEDIS, HIPAA, and Medicare Advantage requirements

  • Strong Medicare Advantage, HCC/RAF, Stars, and HEDIS knowledge
  • Experience with eBO, registries, SQL, and structured data management
  • Experience supporting clinical workflows in multi-clinic environments
  • HL7, FHIR, CCD, and payer integration experience
  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience supporting provider groups or multi-clinic organizations
  • Experience in value-based care environments
  • AI workflow implementation experience within eCW
