Job summary

EliseAI is seeking an Ecosystem Strategist on the Future Platforms team to help clients design and implement the future state of their ecosystem integrations within EliseAI’s platform. You will drive strategic execution with high autonomy, partnering with Engagement Managers and the Partnerships team to scale vendor and technology advisory.

You will build repeatable playbooks, drive vendor conversations, and help clients achieve maximum automation potential.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in implementation, technical onboarding, or program management.
• Proven track record for managing complex client workflows.
• Strong technical intuition with a STEM background or equivalent.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements end-to-end.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor and technology advisory end-to-end: from assessment to go-live.
• Lead discovery and decisioning: translate client landscape into future state.
• Drive partner enablement: coordinate with partners and internal teams.
• Contribute to the playbook: document lessons and build scalable processes.
