Job summary

EliseAI is seeking an Engagement Lead on the Future Platforms team to build and scale our accounting platform from deployment to full operational adoption. You will partner with Controllers, CFOs, and accounting teams to define workflows, configure systems, and drive decisions for multi-client engagements.

The role combines accounting expertise with product and customer success to shape scalable processes, tooling, and playbooks in a founder‑like environment at a Series E scale company.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, and/or founder/operator roles.
• Strong accounting fundamentals (GL, reconciliations, close) and finance experience preferred.
• Experience managing complex, client-facing implementations or projects.
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to operate in ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own accounting engagement success end-to-end.
• Lead accounting discovery, scoping, and decisioning.
• Own configuration and implementation.
• Drive migration and post-launch success.
• Enable adoption and training for end users.
• Build scalable systems and playbooks to standardize processes.
