Job summary

Lattice is seeking a senior leader to own partner marketing and ecosystem GTM, building relationships with OpenAI, Anthropic, Slack and other integration partners to create a broader AI and work-tech footprint.

You will develop joint launches, campaigns, events, content, customer stories, and executive programs with strategic partners, translating partner-enabled capabilities into clear customer value and differentiated messaging.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partner or ecosystem marketing in B2B SaaS.
• Experience building joint GTM programs with technology partners.
• Ability to translate product/integration capabilities into customer value.

Responsibilities

• Own the partner-facing GTM strategy and packaging.
• Collaborate with Product and Integrations to position partner-enabled capabilities.
• Develop joint launches, content, customer stories with strategic partners.
• Translate partner capabilities into customer value and messaging.
• Build repeatable partner marketing motions across co-marketing and sales enablement.
• Activate partners through events and regional programs.
