America Makes is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead membership growth, retention, and ecosystem partnerships across the AM community and allied organizations. You will own recruitment, lead-generation, and CRM processes, and coordinate with the Alliance Partner network to expand impact.

• Experience leading stakeholder and partnership development programs.

• Drive membership growth, retention, and revenue models.
• Develop membership recruitment and CRM processes.
• Lead membership resources and tools management.
