Job summary

America Makes is seeking an Engagement Manager to drive membership growth and retention while curating the additive manufacturing ecosystem. You will own recruitment, engagement with members and alliance partners, and data-driven decision making to advance the program’s mission.

You will collaborate across leadership to identify gaps, develop plans, and execute initiatives that increase engagement, diversity, and value across the Nation’s AM community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; 5–7 years in membership/customer-service roles.
• Experience driving stakeholder engagement, economic development, and ecosystem growth.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and continually improve membership model to grow membership, diversity, and revenue.
• Develop effective membership recruitment and acquisition processes, including lead generation and CRM.
• Lead and manage membership resources, tools, and content.
• Collaborate to identify gaps in stakeholder composition and proactively recruit members.
• Leverage data sources to inform decision making across America Makes and partners.
• Foster an inclusive, diverse, and engaged team culture aligned to membership value.
• Expand the NCDMM Alliance Partner network and nurture strategic collaborations.
• Collaborate on convening strategy with Communications and Events teams.
