The Conservation Alliance is seeking a Manager of Membership and Engagement to drive growth, retention, and value for our business network. Remote role, candidates must be based in the United States and be able to travel up to 10% for events.

You will report to the Director of Membership and Engagement and lead member engagement strategies, recruitment, and partnerships, coordinating across teams to advance conservation objectives and fundraising efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Must have strong interpersonal and communications skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proven project management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

• Develop and implement alliance-wide member engagement strategies.
• Manage business account management and CRM collaboration.
• Foster member-to-member networking and community-building.
• Create content to recruit and engage members.
• Attend conferences and events to recruit members.
• Support membership events planning and regional gatherings.
• Support fundraising and sponsorship initiatives.
• Provide input to strategic membership decisions.
• Support recruitment and growth strategies across industries.
• Maintain membership data tracking and reporting.
• Oversee invoicing communications and reminders.
• Advance internal systems for consistent member engagement.
• Support annual member survey development and reporting.
