Merchant Wealth Management in New York seeks a highly organized Senior Associate, Ecosystem Engagement in a hybrid role. You will support partner engagement, coordinate initiatives, and translate business needs into actionable analytics and reporting for leadership and partner firms.

This role collaborates with Finance, BI, Investment and other teams to track projects, maintain dashboards, and ensure timely delivery across Merchant’s partner network.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience; candidates with approximately 4–6 years of progressive experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in management consulting, business operations, corporate finance, private equity, wealth management, investment banking, professional services, or another business-partnering environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work effectively with multiple stakeholders across an organization.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret business and financial information.
• Experience creating presentations, dashboards, analyses, and management reporting for senior stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
• Ability to operate effectively in an entrepreneurial environment where priorities may evolve quickly.

Responsibilities

• Support the Vice President in managing ongoing relationships and initiatives across Merchant’s network of partner firms.
• Serve as a key point of coordination for partner communications, meetings, deliverables, follow-up activities, and strategic initiatives.
• Build strong working relationships with partner firms, developing an understanding of their businesses, priorities, and needs.
• Coordinate quarterly business reviews, including gathering information, developing materials, organizing meetings, tracking action items, and managing follow-up.
• Support portfolio reporting, transaction closings, partner onboarding, and other recurring ecosystem initiatives.
• Analyze business and financial information and translate findings into clear dashboards, presentations, reports, and actionable insights for leadership and partner firms.
• Work closely with Finance, Business Intelligence, Investment, and other internal teams to gather information and coordinate cross-functional initiatives.
• Track strategic and operational projects across multiple partner firms, ensuring deadlines, deliverables, and next steps remain visible and on schedule.
• Maintain reporting tools, project plans, documentation, and other resources used to manage partner initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, communication, and execution as Merchant’s partner network continues to grow.
• Help develop and implement scalable best practices across the Merchant ecosystem.
