Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in public or related field.
• Two years of work experience in public relations, workforce development, marketing or small business development.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the City’s BR&E program work plans, visits and performance measures.
• Conduct business visits to identify challenges, expansion opportunities, and risks to relocation.
• Build relationships with businesses, developers, and community partners.
• Coordinate assistance with City departments, utilities, workforce organizations, educational institutions, and partners.
• Prepare program reports, presentations, and updates for leadership and stakeholders.
• Support business incubator operations and entrepreneurship initiatives.
