Tallahassee State College is hiring a Program Specialist - P08976 for the Workforce Development/Rebuild Florida initiative. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years progressive experience in business management, administration, program development
• Preference for pre-apprenticeship/apprenticeship, construction or manufacturing backgrounds
• OSHA 10 Trainer certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, and implement grant components; coordinate outreach to employers and community organizations
• Develop and implement enrollment action plans; track and report grant progress
• Enroll participants into Workday and Florida DOE systems; gather and submit required paperwork
• Assist with program curriculum development
• Implement outreach and marketing plans; publish activity schedules and evaluations
