Job summary

Delaware North Sportservice in Detroit is hiring a part-time Ecommerce Supervisor to oversee and train retail staff at Little Caesars Arena. You will ensure retail standards and procedures are followed, while maintaining a strong guest experience and brand voice across interactions.

You will respond to inquiries, coordinate with fulfillment, and assist with campaigns and product launches. Prior POS experience and leadership in retail are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in customer service or retail.
• Cash handling and basic math skills required.
• Experience with POS systems preferred.
• BigCommerce or Shopify experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train retail team members.
• Maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries with timely, solution-focused communication.
• Collaborate with fulfillment to resolve order issues.
• Support Ecommerce Manager with campaigns and product launches.
• Provide proactive tracking updates to improve guest experience.
